b) review current provisions and map strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for growth

c) co-construct strategy direction that has clear lines of sight from vision, through active implementation to meaningful outcomes.

The GLAM sector – galleries, libraries, archives and museums, have infinite potential for telling, sharing and listening to the stories that matter. I work alongside GLAM organisations to:

a) create education strategy or resources that ask the fundamental questions of our time.

b) ensure that GLAM practice is pinned to quality research, critically aware and engaging.

c) grow the relevance of the GLAM environment for education audiences across the country.

I help schools and organisations design innovative, engaging local curriculum that truly reflects who and where they are. You can engage my services to:

a) work with your learning community to ensure that solutions are by, with and for the people that you serve.

b) develop innovative curriculum approaches that are mapped to the NZ Curriculum, and informed by Te Tiriti o Waitangi, knowledge-rich inquiry methodologies, capabilities-based approaches, Universal Design for Learning, place-based education, cultural competencies and integrated learning.

c) create agile, bespoke and responsive solutions that are fit for your purpose – here in Aotearoa and around the world.

I am passionate about being in service to the design of life giving systems, and centre complexity, interconnectedness, healing and ecology in all of my leadership and strategy work. These priorities are informed by indigenous knowledge scholars, soil health activists as well as my own embodied practice at The Green Garden. I co-conspire with others to deliver exciting, immersive professional development that focuses on:

a) the features of a life giving system, and the ways in which these scale, and have relevance, across contexts and settings

b) being Pākehā – what was, what is and what could be

c) what if we get this right – imagining thriving futures

d) the soil food web and the interconnectivity of life

e) the entanglement of contemporary crisis’ and what they tell us about ourselves

I also co-facilitate workshops alongside tangata whenua on Te TIriti o Waitangi. We design compelling professional development experiences to:

a) facilitate understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its implications for our shared lives in Aotearoa.

b) create action plans for improvement underpinned by values that have a line of sight to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

c) identify and de-centre dominant ways of working so that time, power and resources are authentically shared.

d) explore dominant ways of being, and the ways we can create space within existing systems for indigenous ways of knowing.
